The dashboard lets users make and receive calls from virtual landline numbers. The solution offers an auto-attendant feature that enables users to set up a voice-activated menu that lets callers choose how their call will be connected. Users can configure voice menus, voicemails and call groups.

VUC provides a text-to-speech tool that converts audio messages to written texts and sends these messages to clients via email. Users can also share documents, voice notes, images, video recordings and contacts through a chat tool. Additionally, it supports online meetings, call queues, video sharing and an employee directory.
