There is a lot that I personally really like about Docket Manager. For me, it has been really helpful to be able to see the different queues where orders are sitting.

Overall the experience with the product and the company has been positive. Customer service and support have been very responsive to my needs and have been easy and enjoyable to work with.

The pricing functions are robust and help develop stable prices across all estimators. The work order process helps keep the workflow moving.

There is a great family behind this product updates and often.

Was able to pick it up quickly due to ease of use and natural flow. Being geared to the printing industry was an obvious benefit.

I like the online stores, I like that Support is minutes away not hours.

I dislike that you cannot duplicate templates from group to group. IE a 5x7, 4/0 could go under invitations or postcards or business forms.

This was especially annoying during the time that I was spending 16 hours a day at the office trying to get the program set up.

Went with DM because of on-line b2b portal integration. Setup took some time which is to be expected when setting up a system such as this, however, the support was fantastic.

Each section of Docket Manager has a straight forward user interface, that places content into locations where you would expect to find it.

Tech support is over above other software we've used.

I cannot speak to this 100%, but I do know that our accounting team has really struggled the most with Docket Manager.

They keep making improvements and updates do not cost anything.

It bothers me that I have to click in boxes that are highlighted. Some boxes you don't have to click into others you do.

The software improves for the community, and there is great communication between the customers and Docket Manager.

It has been a hard transition from Franklin Estimating to Docket Manager. With that said it was my ignorance of the pricing rather than any problem with DM.

Solid to work with all of the team is great to work with.

DocketManager helps us provide accurate pricing and track workflow of jobs through our shop. Allows us to keep an organized and clear view of what is happening whether we are on or off site.

Outsourcing is also a favorite of mine. Seamless integration of workorder, delivery ticket, invoice.

Support has been the strongest part of the picture for me. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Lots of functionality for the price, easy to set up new processes/machines, integrates with our accounts software (Xero), ongoing innovation.

Putting in requests to amend the layout of information or data is frustrating as each request may be dealt with by a different programmer.

It's incredibly user friendly and the support team behind the software are nothing short of incredible.

Printlogic replaced a much more expensive software and it has at least the same functionality. Easy to use, comprehensive, reliable and the customer support is second to none.

Moving from manual quotes using multiple spreadsheets and good old fashioned pen and paper, Printlogic has been a game changer for us.

It covers all the bases as an MIS and is highly functional and intuitive. Customer service is very good , rapid response to all queries and flexible/open to making changes to the system as requested.

No spell checker on type entry fields. Quite a lot of manual over-typing once costed quotes have been generated before the quotes can be submitted to the client.

Good integration with existing systems. Simple yet very comprehensive.

Yes like the integration to Xero particularly.

This has transformed a quoting, we can now, quote most items within minutes, and customer support is excellent.

The system does not cater for this, and although there are ways around this problem, it requires more input by the administrator.

It is versatile and has many many features. I also like the way it integrates with our sage software.

This is a serious flaw in the system as bank lodgement reports are always incorrect.

Might no have all the functionality of over print management system but is reflected in the cost.

Improved features are for all customers, so they make changes as part of monthly pricing - saves a huge amount on programming costs.

Good all round experience. Was quick and easy to setup would recommend.

Lack of acconting facilities means having to export data insto a secodary package , web reports can be problematic at times.

It seem a work the wrong way around to start with. You build a quotation and produce a quote letter which was the opposite way around to other MIS systems I've used in the past.

Huge time saving and integration throughout the company has changed the way we work.

I love the order tracking, the work in progress organization feature and the preload function.
