  • Pros

  • I liked that mainly it was a good way to design your own. And could change corresponding to what you want.
  • This makes it easier to engage in conversions with your visitors and customers on Facebook or Twitter from your Chatwing account. Branding is another amazing feature Chatwing has.
  • Cons

  • Additionally I consistently have problems after entering text and having it show up out of order when I switch apps.
  • The Enterprise plan on Chatwing is a bit expensive mostly when it comes to the charges per extra contacts.

  • It's really practical when you can't attend a physical seminar during this pandemic. It really helps people when they want to develop their skill at home using webinar.
  • BrightTALK is not only a platform to organise a webinar but it also helps us to expand the audience for our webinar. It’s easy to use and navigate.
  • Cons

  • High barrier to scaling registrations -- a lot of people don't want to create an account and it reduces conversions (in my experience).
  • I had a hard time turning this off and ultimately unsubscribed.
