I am very enthusiastic with the Engage Process tool. The tool is useful for many purposes.

When you want to open an large process is can take several seconds to open the process. And because everything else is fast you start to think there is something wrong but you just have to wait.

It is very easy to make a process scheme. The options and possiblities to costumize the software is great.

Being able to use the software to map live during workshops is incredible and has increased my own productivity immensely.

Very quick to learn and master so provides instant feedback on benefits to processes. Highlights savings routes and cost drivers that aren't obvious, enables you to see 'the wood for the trees.

Therefor I'm able to use the Engae without a lot of support. However, less experienced users find it rather difficult.

It is easy to use and without knowledge you will find your way very quick.

Furthermore: Engage is the locking pin that enables you to make a firm step-up in improving processes.

Customer support is absolutely fantastic, with the wishlist / suggestion function allowing you to submit ideas that have a real chance of being implemented into future updates.

I am a very enthusiastic user of Engage Process. The program is very logical and therefore easy to use.

We are currently mapping a license authorisation where we try to map every single step. Engage is easy to use, to map, and to change.

It is sometimes difficult to relocate a set of buttons.

The only real gripe I have at the moment is there is no built in spell-check function.

The richness of Engage is to multidisciplinary come together and define and lay out how value streams through your processes. It gives more insight in how one contributes in that.

Friendly people to deal with. And: the most responsive cloud supplier I have experienced so far in my career, when it comes to address questions and guidance.

Some concepts that Engage uses as a pre-requisite for building processes can be a little obscure so you can waste time early on understanding why it works the way it does.

Or Helpdesk is well organized en very friendly. Furthermore the comany provides free demo's to introduce (new) users to (new) functionality.

User friendly interaction, ease of use and the ability to clearly lay out information.

Method Grid is the best software I have found to visualize and document systems/procedures.

I haven't found anything I don't like with the software yet.

I find it relatively easy to use. And I love that I can assign tasks to other team members.

This is so simplified and structured where we are having clear idea 💡 to build strategies and it’s really helpful.

This incredibly changed the way of working for us and building strategy overall esp in category management and strategic sourcing and I must say superb.

Method Grid seems like a pretty solid tool for tracking projects between your team.

The communication between myself and the company is 10/10, quick responses and always happy to hear new ideas on how they can better the product.

Its very user friendly to access and understand the functionality.

I enjoy the simple look of it along with being able to make comments and updates for progress for my projects and tasks.

As a new user I love the fact that if you make a mistake it doesn't mean you broke the tool. All the videos I have watched before starting to use the product have been really helpful.

It is based on a solid concept, easy to use, well designed and delivers significant value through proper use.

I like that you can provide links to elements as well. It is also nice that you can type comments and mention other user's in your group incase something needs their attention.

Not having an Undo can be problematic and you have to be sure what you are doing before deleting anything.

Ease of use, great value for money and a solid solution for project management.

I am a visual learner and I like the way topics can be set up in Method Grid. It was also nice that there is a free version, because I am a small company and need to keep costs down.

I had difficulty figuring out how to collaborate with team members and found out I have to have the paid version to do this.

No way to zoom in and out the board so you can view everyone on your team's projects.

Team project's need better organization. Method grid is a solid choice.

There are a lot of details to be worked out, and this allows ideas to be put up, changed around, deleted, etc. Best of all, I can share it with others to get their feedback and edits.
