Overall, Cheqdin has been great. It has been our first software experience and once you get your head around all the funtions its really beneficial.

The customer support has always been helpful and readily available and they are always keen to listen and introduce new features to help make it better.

I havent found anything I dont like about this system, so far. I have been using it on a daily basis for just over a month.

The customer service was amazing. The rep always got back to me very quickly and helped with any questions I had.

Online registration is good too. The team are continually making improvements and the customer support is incredible, any problems they are happy to guide you through.

I need to be able to access a live staff register on the app in case of an emergency.

Features like an hourly breakdown of how many children are in each group really help in making precise rota decisions.

I like that you can invoice weekly , monthly or termly. You can set up regular scheduled payments, and track everything.

The support team are really friendly and helpful and keen to get things right for our needs.

I am very happy with its functionality. It's easy to use, and helps to have peace of mind knowing the exact time when my son was picked from school and brought to the childcare club.

I found CheqdIn from a Google search and contacted them for a demo. I had a very good call with the Product Manager and came away with a very good feeling towards the company and product.

There is no option for the parents to cancel sessions. It would be really useful to be able to receive cancellations via cheqdin as we are using multiple platforms which can lead to errors.

The biggest pro about this app is that the owners/developers makes you a priority. You can call them at a drop of a hat and they will answer you call to help with anything you need.

It's difficult to respond to a specific person/message.

Venmo, Paypal, Robinhood, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, text messages, groupme, slack. The problem with so many of these things is that everyone has some and not others.

Best app all around for the money and what it entails. Recommend it for any program.

It is harder to reset your password  when you have forgotten or update your device.

It seems to run slow at times which is very frustrating when time is of essence when working with young children. There seems to be issues with Android phones.
