  • Pros

  • Their customer support team is first class, and their software designers work with you to continue improving their services to best support your organization.
  • Ease of use with communicating with parents/coaches/club. Scheduling and updating are easy as well.
  • Cons

  • Communication portal between parents and coaches and staff is a bit confusing at first. But once you figure out where to go all the features are there.
  • No concerns related to Playmetrics though some times text in emails and notifications has formatting change from what was written to what was emailed.

  • I love how easy it was to set-up and how easy it is for my staff to learn.
  • It has an app which was liked by our staff. Duplicating a session and editing it was easy for repeating classes.
  • Cons

  • The scheduling process is sometimes a little confusing to families, and they have to call or email our scheduler to work them out.
  • Families are unable to manage each other so each child has to have their own unique email address to have a waiver on file as well as an account with us. Parents are always mad about this.
