Deltek vision is very good software to use to handle many database simultaneously. During that work we can easily filter the important data.

Customer Care Support is excellent. Like everything else, the more time you can invest, the better off you will be.

Tech support has helped resolve issues in most all cases. Response is generally good via chat and resolution has been fairly quick in most cases.

Our company uses this software for many purposes and if you get adequate training it can be a great tool that makes working on projects and finding information easy and accessible in one location.

The price point is higher compared to other ERP's. You get what you pay for in terms of functionality and integration of modules.

Maybe this is by design, but it is too costly to keep doing this.

Reporting performance is awful. We have had a consultant come out at least twice for an overall health check and recommendations and in my opinion we did not get a lot of value from this.

I particularly like the ability to schedule your work and availability -- this is great for work sharing with different offices/teams.

As a user, I find Deltek Vision easy to navigate - in my own company filing expense reports and accessing a detailed or simple timesheet is a breeze.

It takes a ridiculously long time to run many of our reports and it's a constant source of pain for both the users and those of use who support the product.

Overall really great experience, perfect tool for enginering consulting company, excellent customer support.

Integration of the time-sheet is an asset. The ability to charge time to Opportunities would be a major enhancement.

We were using Excel for timesheets so having time and expense in one place and tying into our business process is wonderful. We also have the ability to get nice reports.

E.g. When entering a comment for a task e, i need to type it, click in a separate comment box to ensure it's saved, and then only can I navigate away.

I hate that the help button is located with the other options on tool bar.

Dropbox is pretty good about storage and pricing for that storage. Pretty easy to share files to co-workers and give share permissions.

This product is easy to setup and use which make sit great as far as training goes. It can be used as a cloud data repository, shared and has great logging as to who did what and when.

If I fail to download them, then I no longer have access to the files. It may be that you only have access to files for a certain length of time, in that case the error would be mine.

We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.

Sometimes the files do not sync properly or there are missing files. Another issue is since this is a cloud based platform there are outage problems as well and could use more backup data centers.

Dropbox is affordable, secure, backs up your files, and is easy to use with a team. I believe that the user interface is also quite pleasant.
