We are happy with the frequency in the ITBs and the quality of the projects.

The UI is incredibly user friendly and straightforward. The ease of access to all of the plans is helpful.

Very helpful getting to bid projects in the commercial industry that I would have been able to bid prior to be set up with PlanHub,  also the ability to pick and choose projects geographically.

I can't stand that it lumps brick, block and stone altogether. We are a stone company so I waste a tremendous amount of time looking at jobs to find out there is no stone on them.

What we like the most are  Facility and price this softwre.

Sometimes deadlines for quotes are too close to when info was received. I have to make drawings for Fire Alarm systems - lack of time.

The software is definitely user friendly and the support staff is friendly and helpful.

Good all in all, and I like the price point. Very similar info is on other sites and costs way more elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the free trial with this software and the ease of navigating the menus. I wish they would either extend the longer free trial or lower the monthly/yearly price.

It compiles a great number of opportunities into one place. It is a great way to find potential clients and get in front of them.

I dislike the delay of having the data sent to us. There are some instances where the information is sent to late.

PlanHub has been useful for obtaining proposals. This is especially helpful for out of town projects that we may not have a strong presence in.

Easy to use, great features. Love how easy it is to send invites and get bids.

From the subcontractor's end, to many useless emails. No contacts at the GC to ask any questions about the bid, plans, nothing.

It is very user friendly. I like how easy it is to navigate through each screen and how it has expanded our subcontractor base.

Their aren't any things that i dislike about this software.

I'm new and havent won any jobs. But to how easy it is. its definitely  giving me high Hope's of winning my first job.

The inability to send attachments or hyperlinks.

The take off capabilities for drawings and floorplans and the ease of use were huge benefits.

Its a good service and reasonable in cost for what you do get.

Cost Database is easy to use and has integrated into my business so easily.

Customer service is amazing. I have never had to wait for help and one of the rep is so patient and helpful.

Lack of response from the subcontractors. Not being able to add one more subcontractor and send to just that one.

The waiting time to speak with a Rep.  This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.

Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

If I run are report and print it from the report menu, you shut the menu down and make me reselect all of the filters, is this intentional just to piss me off.

I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.

Service management integration has issues. Does not always work well.

The inability to change vendor numbers ourselves. In the Inquiry, we need to be able to sort by any column.

I have had great success in applying the knowledge I have learned thru Timberlines, Knowledge base.

We chose Sage (Timberline) because we needed a good JC software. We are overall satisfied with Sage.

I have had mostly positive experience with Sage 300, and I find that it really helps my job with how easy it is to use.

User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.

Sage is great to work with, especially their help desk. The best support that I have ever experienced.

I like the ability to be able to write reports that are meaningful and exactly what I need.

Office Connector is a nice addition as many reports are not available out of the box...such as a CashFlow Statement and a good WIP report that can be modified and adjusted.

Custom reports have to be done by others at a cost because the software is so difficult to use (Crystal). Canned reports are terrible and have to be re-written in order to get the correct information.

The cost for this program, along with the cost of each user is ridiculous. Trying to find something in Sage Paperless is equally as difficult as trying to use Sage 300.

I have over 35 years experience as an account and experience with Sage less than one year. There was a significant learning curve; however, the support team is the greatest.

The owner/ management likes the various reports I am able to produce from the system. Overall, we are pleased with the Sage product.

It is nothing but lipstick on a pig and the worst software I have used in recent history.

I like the way that these modules cover most of the activities that I need. Reporting flexibility and program stability have always been good.

I was very disappointed then with the SM module as it was not going to do what I was told it could but it was to late at that point as we had made the switch.

We are using this system because we spent too much money on it to just stop using it now and purchase another system.

Overall, Sage CRE300 does a good job with accounting and job cost reporting. Data entry is easy to navigate through.

I like the fact that there are so many areas you can find help, and knowledge for questions that need answered.

So, Job Cost, Payroll, AP, AR GL and CM flow together very well.

Now that I'm trained on it and had a few opportunities to pick the help desks brain I have found that it is really a great fit for the construction industry.
