They are the most authentic and genuine people and truly care about their customers. I love their positive attitude and that they LISTEN to their customers and the enhancements we'd like to see.

On the face of it, it offers some great ideas and functions for a CRM.

The ability to have reminders / tasks  accounted with different events and dates is huge. This workflow setup is the best in the business and is what has made me actually use a CRM.

Great product but huge learning curve with massive benefits.

I built, from scratch, two workflows for transaction/business management and they are VERY difficult to build if you're not a computer engineer. This is not an intuitive program to use.

The window in window popups can be glitchy and hard to navigate, to include the scrolling can be very sporadic and unpredictable.

Also, their ticket response is terrible. YOU CAN'T TALK TO A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE!!! This fact alone is a huge negative.

The idea of templates and workflows are great and the tech support is amazing.

I absolutely LOVE the videos and training that is available. I LOVE the support that Realvolve offers.

I love that I can personalize all of my emails. The Tech support is Awesome!!! Anytime I don’t know how to do something they are always willing to point me in the right direction.

Overall I really like Realvolve on how easy it is to use, truly one of the best CRM systems out there. Just work on the video part though.

Hours of work on transactions GONE. I hit a wall of frustration with this and had to bail.

I love how easy Realvolve is to use, from importing my databases to creating templates to send emails out.

The training materials are good to, there's both written and video tutorials outlining all the program can do. It is robust program, more robust than I even imagined when I first bought into it.

Realvolve works best when all members of the team are on board and dedicated to learning and using the program.

I've been using Realvolve for almost 5 years, and the CRM has gotten progressively worse when it comes to uploading information within a contact.

I love the ease of use, ability to upload my clients, transactions, send out communication. I enjoy the daily updates and task to keep me on track.

I wouldn't call it a con but the learning curve initially for the workflow. However, once I understood, there was no turning back.

I'm a tech junkie and have tried many CRMs. This is by far the best and the tech support is amazing.

The real power of the system is the workflows, which take some time, but it's huge for your business. I feel that Realvolve is already an amazing tool for building and managing your business.

And I'll need to switch to another CRM, but I've invested so much time into this one that it will be difficult.

Switching from transactions to clients a little awkward.

Great program, implementation takes some time, support practically nonexistent.

Dashbaor is good, transaction management is good, but no tech. Support phone number to call,  answer my questions with other different answers, ask them to call me back and never did.

I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

If you could get the innovative nature of Salesforce to your business you would get amazing talent collection to your organizations.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

This software will help you to build your sales and marketing in the industry, salesforce is a great software and value for money, so therefore I recommend it to the user.

Salesgirce is very effective when it comes to tracking the progress of each case within my organization, great tutorials to get you started and very easy to navigate through cases and serial numbers.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

Salesforce has a lot of capabilities, it covers everything. The leads section was nice, and it was great to be able to create your own sections.

Overall, I'd strongly recommend this app because it has a very good system for coordinating corporate operation, it's very easy to use, the navigation could be improved, and the load time is fast.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
