  • Pros

  • My favorite dental software is eaglesoft because of the ease of use, the dental chart is very straight forward, and it is easy to communicate back and forth with the front desk/other clinicians.
  • Very easy to use and figure out all the possibilities with reports and features. Also very easy to connect with customer support or easily google question to figure out a fix.
  • Cons

  • A lot of the features are disguised by icons that don't make sense. This sometimes makes it hard when I'm in a pinch to schedule someone.
  • The problem with this is that this doesn't happen all the time. Odd, can a fix help with this.

  • The integration into open dental is amazing and saves us so much time. Many customizable options for forms.
  • This product allowed me to connect with my patients easier. I could text patients, have them prefill forms, and even help them schedule their appointment online.
  • Cons

  • I don't like having to download the paperwork into open dental. I wished it did that automatically.
  • I dislike how many clicks it takes to complete something. I feel things would be better if it was just a one click or drag option.
