Pros/Cons

Pros
I really like the fact that it has many features and it is fast and good
This app is very easy to use. It's very easy to find events and save them by clicking on the heart. I also like how the app saves your tickets.

Cons
The one con I came across is that we couldn't find a way to request donations for a free ticket. Or a way to purchase a ticket for an entire family? But other than that we still love the software!
It does feel a little cheap since the UI is not designed for a fast-paced environment, the invite links happen to go corrupt often but it doesn't take away how good en efficient the app is.

Pros
I love the functionality of the software, from the writing process to the use of the app, its all seamless
It's extremely user friendly, customer support is fantastic, and my favorite part is the time it saves me!

Cons
It works well for event booking, but we have tried to use it for catering and offsite events and the platform doesn't support that as well.
Booking AND events windows a little redundant for a restaurant but I'm sure comes in handy for a hotel- might be better with a choice for either/or.
