We host a couple of events and as we are not an events company, we were confused about registrations, how to collect fees from attendees, where the money goes, etc.

Ease of use, look and feel of the product was good.

The software is a great support for us in terms of the most affordable software which also provides a payment gateway which is really a huge help to some companies who are just starting up.

MeetingHand has proven to be a good fit for our non-profit organization planning needs.

I'd suggest incorporating new features, but focusing on one goal/objective, to avoid cluttering up the technology.

For us, as a not-for-profit, the price point is much easier to bear than many equivalent products (I evaluated about 20  different ones).

I liked how everything required to organize a conference is in the same platform, helps saving time and makes things alot easier.

We started using MeetingHand earlier this year and overall, it has been terrific. It is economical and the combination of registration software with the ability to have an event app is terrific.

I started working with MeetingHand in spring of 2016, but sadly the meeting our organization, the International Myopain Society (IMS), was planning fell through.

For a technical/academic meeting, the interface was a bit clunky, the abstract and registration formats did not work well and actually delayed people registering and paying on line.

After help from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who was great, I found it very user friendy.

The program has a lot of functionality and many features. The customer support is fantastic.

One thing I like about MeetingHand is that it is very easy to use, and view all the questions.

It was user friendly web page and easy to guide through.

How easy it was to set up all the details of the event and have it turn into something that was clean and easy to read for customers.

I recommend it to other organizations looking for an alternative to the larger, event-planning websites that continue to increase pricing year over year.

Whenever I need help; their 7/24 support team help me kindly. It is also easy-to-use software; which I can handle lots of things without ask/research it.

I find creating events and selling tickets quite a bit easier than our previous application; and it's nice to see the sale $ right away rather than after the event.

The app is easy to install, straightforward and easy to use and navigate through. Has the essential features we needed for our event.

They were kind, quick to respond and delivered a solid product at the best price in town. That's pretty darn good if you ask me.

They have saved our staff hours of time and energy by implementing easy to use, effective features.

I am not sure if there is a reason behind that or if it is just by chance it got lost or went to spam. I am not sure, but just wanted to throw that in there too.

Even leaving notes about orders that you couldn't later update would get irritating for the small space provided.

As I mentioned above, I have been told these problems have been corrected.

The program, for the money, delivers a fantastic product.

Not only was it user friendly but it serves as a wonderful data source.

My overall experience has far exceeded my expectations. I have never under any circumstances had the level of attentive and courteous online customer service like I have received from ThunderTix.

So easy to use and set up. Customer service is fantastic.

That's what I like best about ThunderTix: knowing that they have my back.

I feel like the biggest benefit is the price and the customization of the software.

Unable to use packages and the shopping cart feature. With multiple packages, we have to run multiple charges for a customer, can raise concern.

Overall our experience is excellent. We are very happy with this product.

I appreciate the advanced and at-the-door reserved seating, easy-print guest lists for ushers, integration with MailChimp, the no-fee Braintree gateway and the post-event email survey.

I did find it difficult to purchase tickets on different nights to be tricky.
