The product was easy to use and was priced very competitively through the Canadian Bnb association. It worked seamlessly with my own website.

However the reservation system is very good and provides a booking facility from my own website at an affordable price.

Moon Dance is very pleased with the overall functionality and ease of use. We are also impressed that there seems to be a proven commitment to upgrades, added features and a new mobile app.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. No support what so ever.

It was a little difficult to navigate initially.

Overall, once the transition was done, it has been a pleasure to work with the Eviivo suite. I have found great assistance from the support team members that I have worked with to fix issues.

I am now very satisfied with it and enjoy using it. Whenever I am stumped on how to do something, there is always someone on the help desk that sets me straight.

Advisors always contact you again to ensure you are happy which we appreciate.

Still no follow-up to this complaint. Finally told I was to call London, Engl.

It was a very difficult start. Training was non-existing other than some videos old and outdated with horrible audio.

We love how easy Eviivo is to use and the many upgrades over the years. If I had to pick one thing I like the most besides the team, it is the depndable and easy to use calendar.

Overall, we have enjoyed using Eviivo and have shunned many similar companies looking to entice us away. What Eviivo offers is at least equal to other providers and often more at a similar price.

General pretty good and the help with the webinars through lockdown have been great the ones we have managed to join.

I complained but NO ONE ever replied to my emails. They pretend listening to you, when you phone their.

Sometimes we have issues with the integration to our merchant account, when we enter the same info into Eviivo it fails, but when we enter it into the merchant account directly it works.

Generally easy to use, can be a bit cumbersome trying to fine tune things but good customer support.

Some times it becomes this software makes it difficult to change the price of a room when you book it.

Then, wrong rates were posted for a period, and until a correction could be made, we lost another $450.

Amazing booking engine with larger pictures. Great interface with all the major platforms.

So much so that we are no longer with Expedia. Expedia repeatedly blamed eviivo and eviivo blamed Expedia.

The booking system was so useful for every aspect of running and promoting our business. It was easy to use and any updates were smoothly integrated.

What i like most is the outstanding customer service and the chat help where nothing is too much trouble. The automated emails are ace too.

The team works together to resolve our issues. Their accessibility helps resolve issues quickly.

It is wonderful to only deal with one provider in order to have a presence on every website that matters in the hospitality business.

Our properties are actively losing revenue every day this continues.

Used to be difficult to remove OTA reservations that changed or cancelled, they have since made it easier to contact them for removal.

Now I feel very comfortable with the program. There are many reports and areas that I am still not familiar with, but overall I am pleased with Eviivo.

Acting as quickly as I could,  I tried to find other platforms and soon after realized how terrible this market is.

Being very new to this type of software, we were very pleased with how easily we picked it up, with the help of their excellent customer service team.

Eviivo was so easy to integrate with our practices and it changed the way we work for the better.

You are on your own and if it goes down for no reason. No one around to answer your phone calls or emails.

Very user friendly, easy to learn how to use it, clear and concise, great training & customer serviced received any time needed.

Easy to use diary, integrated emails and channel management.

The system appeared to be very much like Rezovation, which we found to be an excellent system.

Quickbooks online  integration for payment processing and accounting. They are also very open and welcomed my feedback and enhancement requests/suggestions.

Over all we are pleased with Eviivo. The more we play around with settings and features, the more we have been able to refine things to our needs.

At first I had to use the chat option which I found very difficult. The directions for set up were hard for me to understand.

Eviivo channel manager: what a terrible mistake.

Horrible accounts department overcharging at termination.

The problem is chat support does not have the authority to fix anything.

I like that wishes for development and functions are taken care of.

It is also flush with useful built in features, from guest self check-in, housekeeping tracking and easy add-on and upgrade offers. It has helped drive extra revenue at our property.

The support that we have received during our integration process has been amazing. Customer support in particular has been so helpful.

It is sometimes hard to drill down into reports. You can always get the info you need, but you have to occasionally sort through a lot of other info to get it.

And StayNTouch deserves a lot of credit for continually improving their product and we have seen a huge improvement in their customer and technical support.

The implementation of the PMS was super easy and the team at StayNTouch provided great service throughout the training.

We love the ease of use, and the ability to easily train all departments of our staff is excellent.

User friendly, easy to learn and use for beginners and normal daily use. Many successful integrations that have been implemented since the beginning.

The implementation team was professional and patient with the hotel team. We loved at my current hotel and I recommended Rover for my 3 sister properties and they all signed up.

I enjoy it and so does my team. We all feel that it is user friendly.

Some things missing or not very functional with limited reports.

A new PMS that gives you all you need in a cost effective way.

In terms of customer service, the team are fantastic and queries are answered quickly, they are always willing to listen to feedback on improvements.

SNT is a PMS system that has many features that are easy to use and teach a new employee with. It is very easy to use this system with a very nice flow from one window to the next.

Support is great, usually you will have the issue solved on the same day if you answer their questions as fast as they do.

Since the implementation of their system they have continued to improve their product with great innovation and product service to fit our business needs.

StayNTouch is a simple and easy to use PMS system, it is very intuitive in regards to to how and where to complete actions and the layout is very user friendly.

The dashboard is colorful, intuitive, just click on the relevant buttons and we will immediately get to the information you are looking for. It is easy to use, and very visual, pleasant to browse.

There are a some functions that are still missing. But are continually developed on.

Overall a very good product, with still a lot of potential to continue developing better features.

We are also missing the functionality of booking more the 4 persons per room on a group booking.

The number one best thing about the StayNTouch software is how incredibly simplified and easy to use it is. Plus, it integrates well with the other systems and software we use at our property.

Running reports is easy. Love the staff and support, really helpful and friendly.

I love working with the system and the support are always responding quickly and always helpful.
