If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.

It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.

Easy to use with most of the important elements placed in one portal. Useful for doing taxes as they have integration with some of the tax filing systems.

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.

I love that employees can check on their paystubs and benefits on this software as well. I also love how fluid and easy it is to do payroll now.

The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.

I also dislike that our user names have to be so long and complex with capitals. It is a pain to remember.

Not easily understandable. Training a new admin to use the tool during a time crunch becomes a challenge.

It was considerably more successful at delivering useful feedback on our second round after I, the implementer in the office, had a chance to better familiarize myself with the system.

Easy to Use Survey Tool with Great Customer Support.

The ability to move question up/down in the survey is seamless. The ease of creating  new pages/sections allows for a consistent flow of data is great when you need to move data.

Overall my experience has been great - I'm a big fan of the tool. The support I've received from Rep has been great...she's so quick to respond.

The best feature is the ability to compose and customize your own questions. I often adapt questions that they have in their data bank.

The report that is generated is excellent - comprehensive, detailed, and thorough - and all at the push of a button. It's a wonderful tool to use for a 360 report.

I find the customer service that Grapevine provides to be excellent. When I do have challenges, they are responsive, pleasant and helpful.

Trying to get around it. I wish there was a cheat sheet.

I worry about someone else trying to pick up the same evaluation and run with it, as they'd face a steep learning curve on first use.

Grapevine Evaluations is an integrated cloud-based competency management and performance review solution that helps human resource departments in businesses across various industry verticals to monitor perfromance of their employees and create multi-rater feedback surveys.


Users can create and design evaluations using pre-designed templates that can be customized with the organization's logo. Grapevine Evaluation’s library of questions allows users to create the content of each performance evaluation, or customize and create their own forms. Once evaluations are prepared, users can email them directly to employees and managers.


Once responses and feedback are recorded in the solution, the HR team receives an email informing them of the progress of the evaluation. The solution also helps users to generate reports that can be viewed within the solution or shared in a PDF format with employees and managers.
