Affordable and pretty easy to use. The ATS is a good product that is affordable and helps us source more easily especially for young professionals.

We have had a horrible time with Arcoro from the beginning. We were sold a service that was not available for us and forced to purchase more features.

Both for applicants and recruiters. When I used this system, I often wondered how many people abandoned the application mid-way through the process.

The system has sent out wrong dates and times for different interviews causing major confusion and scrambling on our end when a candidate shows up unexpectedly.

Sometimes, a few of our users complain about the system being slow. This often is a local problem with the IT system they are using.

It's easy to navigate throughout the site and it's well organized. The tools are very useful and user friendly.

Difficult for the site managers  to use. It is a program built for recruiters - not the common manager.

I like the recruiting portion to post jobs with ease when needed. But rarely needed for the price of the software.

The integration to job posting sites is a great feature.

Good program for managing company announcements, and personal goals.

Good record keeping- good customer service on phone- Good response time from our account manager- conference was also helpful.

The added integration of free job boards was one of the main reasons we selected the product and have had good results so far. Customer service is usually very fast and helpful.

We thought that the software was going to help us on board folks.

Every year when filling out my annual review, I would get automatically logged out, thus losing about an hour of work.

BirdDog pays particular attention to our company's industry: construction. There is good value for the features and capabilities of the product, and they have a great sales and support team.

It seemed to do the job just fine, I felt like the overall user experience was good. I think the aesthetics of the website could have used some work, or an update at least.

Functionality is not as easy with limited user availability.

Price point, but now wish we spent a little more to have a working platform and support.

With this system I have automated every step of the life cycle of employees with the ease of which is an integrated, cloud-based system.

If we could do a per use price, it would be something we would like.

The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.

We've had a problem with applicants that apply through Indeed Mobile; their resumes and attachments are not always coming through.

Ease of use, ability to format and customize for my specific needs, outstanding customer support and constant updates based on customer feedback.

Having BridDogHR, which specializes in the construction industry, is a huge help. They know our pains and do a great job addressing it with top notch services.

The limitations we have on job slots...not the software's issue but due to budget, we are limited on how many open spots and how we market them.

There is a great knowledge base as well as video tutorials, and for the company there is a terrific onboarding service.

I find it difficult to use trying to flip from one question to the other on my phone.

We have saved a bundle in interview travel costs and reduced time to fill.

They've helped us be more efficient. I even asked them if they integrated with our ATS provider.

Always easy to come back and revisit some answers or refresh my memory about some candidates. Tech support is always responsive.

This is the first thing they have to do. It's incredibly easy to use and I love the format.

Overall it helps standardize our recruiting efforts and open up time for our hiring managers.

You could literally not have a tutorial on how to use this product and still figure it out. It is very user friendly.

Keep in mind some of these may just be viewer/reviewer error.

Has a built-in scheduling tool that helps with the candidate booking a time (if approved) to interview with you. Amazing Customer Service and support that walk you through the entire set up process.

This product has been easy to integrate within our Applicant Tracking System. It allows us to interview faster which is helping our time to fill numbers tremendously.

Spark Hire is easy to use, keeps you constantly updated and can easily be used on different devices.

I like the ease of using the software from both the end user and the administrator side.

Sometimes candidates have a hard time downloading the flashware needed to get it to work on their computer.

Its a valuable that we have used to help us get to the best candidates quicker.

I've used asynchronous interview software before and SparkHire is the top of the list.

The main negative I have with this is that it takes the personal interaction out of the initial interview process.

The burden of phone interviews was nearly eliminated.

Able to set up video interviews for candidates with ease. Being able to generate individual links to provide to hiring managers was great.

On top of that, their customer service is incredible.

The support team is very responsive and helpful, and my account rep is fantastic.

I had a wonderful user experience and me and my team enjoy working with it.

Product does not work well for Manufacturing candidates because of computer familiarity for this group of candidates.
