Pros
- This is also a great support team for us too and you can be in direct contact with users-a great way to see others' best practices.
- They were very price competitive and gave a great demonstration of their product which had to be repeated for our management team.
Cons
- Terrible, I mean TERRIBLE customer support when things go wrong or need fixing/request support.
- There is a steep learning curve for how to use the product. They provided a sandbox for me to experiment with and I found it difficult to figure things out on my own.
Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
