  • Pros

  • It was exactly what it said it was!!! I was able to get a free software system that wasn't the bare minimum just because it was free. Perfect for what we needed to use it for.
  • Very easy to configure, easy to use and extremely good customer support. The user friendly Interface can be easy understandable by any one in the office.
  • Cons

  • Poor documentation about the API and the development environment. Some functionalities are not completely defined.
  • Icehrm dont have a mobile app and its the only negative feedback about the software. They should work on it and should come out with a mobile app very soon.

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.
