The whole candidate tracking system is very helpful in staying on top of the right talent for our open requisitions.

This is a good system with a lot of nice features and integrations. The dashboard is clean and easy to use.

Their pricing is competitive, the dashboard clean and easy to understand, the platform 100% configurable, and the support is phenomenal. Our recruiting workflow practically runs itself.

We like the ease of use for job seekers, administrators and Hiring Managers. The customer service in the Help desk is excellent as well.

My overall experience is pretty good. Some of the functionality is very easy to use, but other features need improvement.

It's also very easy to use and highly candidate-centric. The iCims staff is also flexible, very helpful and eager to make sure your experience with the product is a successful one.

This morning, we had an associate that was supposed to go out and work for the client on a 1-day assignment but the associate called in sick this morning.

We first chose this software because it was more competitive and more user friendly than our previous ATS.

I love that everything is electronic. It makes new hire paperwork so seamless- and the applicants love it also.

The reporting is horrible. It's too complicated to get what should be a standard report.

Can be very frustrating for people who do not use it all of the time.

It looses my resume Everytime I upload and log out of the software for a period of time.

Inability of workflows to work with each other. Limitations regarding employee referrals.

You can build an ATS exactly how you like from the ground up and then create sophisticated reporting features.

The project was launched on time and on budget.

The dashboard can be fully customized, the ability to post jobs within the ad itself and the integration with other software is fantastic.

Adding candidates into ICIMS is very easy and user-friendly. It's also awesome that it has a dashboard on the front page, which makes for easy access to current candidate data.

I love using ICims for recruitment. Also, the fact that multiple users can see the same job requisitions is a plus especially when you have a large team.

The Help Desk team is extremely responsive and don't make you feel stupid for asking a question.

I dislike all the numerous glitches. This software seems to have many bugs that the developers still have not ironed out.

The support team is very quick to give feedback and help with any technical issues that may arise. They are also working on ways to innovate the hiring process and take feedback from users well.

And a downside of the API integration is that resumes get uploaded to the website files and then sent to Workable, so it leaves a lot of crumbs behind.

Customer service so far has been a bit hard to communicate. It maybe a rare occurrence,  no more after more usage.

The lack of boolean searching within the candidate database is very frustrating.

This system has really been great for us. It is easy to create jobs, post, and make notes throughout the process.

The tone was downright rude. Because we don't need anything too complicated, we decided to move to another ATS with a slightly lower cost.

Software and features are very intuitive. If you run into an issue their support is top notch and they have great guides.

They were absolutely rude, I wanted to post a job and my posting was immediately rejected, they were incredibly unhelpful and refused to assist me.

Workable is very modern, nice and intuitive UI, easy to learn and to use.

Much better than tracking applicants manually. Good software with good set of features.

Poor customer service, lack of applicants. Get better results directly on Ziprecruiter or Indeed.

The best part of the software is its functionality and ease of use. It is very easy to teach hiring managers to utilize this.

Its UI is fantastic, integration with sites such as indeed, monster etc. are seamless and have many other integrations are great.

It felt hard to use compared to similar products from other companies.

Easy integration to Co. website. Easy posting to both free and paid job boards.

Overall Workable has been a huge time saver. It is really amazing to only need to post one job description and have it posted to multiple job sites simultaneously.

This tool saves so much time that it is worth it despite the high cost. You can set up a job opening very quickly with a simple wizard.

IT was great from search to implementation to using it, the experience was very positive and the impact it made to our recruitment activities was apparent day one.

Its basic, wasn't able to schedule send emails and in app emailing function was a bit confusing sometimes.
