Lumus allows you to customize 360 questionnaires to your specific needs. Reports are easy to interpret and those receiving the reports find them incredibly useful and informative.

The only feature missing is comparison information. When I am using this with a client using customised questions we can identify patterns and provide some comparisons for individual clients.
