The main features are good for connections with clients and the session maintain stable.

Very powerful and fast for how lightweight it is too. The integrations with Pronto are excellent too.

I like the ease of use, the client can easy join the session and allow the operator to take over.

We use ISL to give technical support on customer's machines. It is super easy to install, since the executable files come already setup to connect to company account.

The whole instalation was super qiuck and easy, the support system was really responsive and kind. Everything worked good and our daily tasks were not interrupted.

I would highly recommend ISL for 'always on' connections and help desk support. We use the performance details often to help diagnose our clients problems, all integrated into the ISL platfrom.

Using the software on a Apple device is a pain.

We have problems with some client computers, which doesn't connect. Screen is blank specialy tablet, mac.

I got a bit confused about how to make the unattended-access feature work, but I'll get back to that.

Sometimes the keyboard gets messed up while taking over the screen.

Has proven very stable and reliable, both from an admin and user perspective. Requires very little maintenance, and also works every time we try to use it.

Launching the software by clients is difficult; it just stops when the money runs out usually when i am on the client system and i dont know until i find the email warning me.

Being able to transfer files is great and the functionality to be able to switch so that a supported customer can view my desktop has also proved useful on occassion.

Ease of use, easy to manage and deploy, being able to respond to any situation on any device to any device in a timely manner is awesome.

Finally, after comparing existing solutions (also from price perspective) we started with ISL Light. Since then we experience a good and stable solution, which is regularly updated and maintained.

We use ISL for many years now and stiil find it the best tool on the marked. It works verry good and is not expensive.

Occasional trouble with admin rights on domain-based user login PCs.

We like Always on option. Good licensing model for us.

When opening UAC within Windows, there is a considerable delay in displaying the Yes and No prompt that doesn't happen with Teamviewer.

I am very happy and satisfied about the choise, it has really helped me in my everyday work.

The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.

When the company is small and doesn't have a lot of groups built into the needs. It does a great job for basic cyber defense.

Customer service has always answered every question in detail and always found resolution to my questions. Easy to use installation a breeze and protection is outstanding.

It stops and cleans up malware that slows down and compromises your computer. The customer service reps are very helpful and generally respond to emails within 1 day.

Great software to install especially if you are install on more than one computer. Price is very reasonable.

The application integrates well with other programs.

When at a user's computer, we are unable to view logs while at that computer and instead have to go login to the UI at the IT desk to view those logs which is inconvenient.

I honestly do not find any cons with Malwarebytes at all. I have been using it for 3 years now since i had an issue with a computer i do not own any more with nasty malware issues.

Software updates and releases frequent and downloading takes a little longer than expected. They remove the threat though.

Extremely useful and great. Only reason I stopped using it at the moment is that business has been slow at the moment and I'm waiting to save up money for renewal of subscription.

Before I buy the license, I use the free version and it does an extremely good job, even with the only real-time protection feature.

Overall experience i would say that Malwarebytes is worth using ...it is going to protect your business from any attack.i really respect this product.

I thinks it great software when you use it together with other antivirus software, because it integrate other famous software.

I felt the user interface within the malwarebytes console was easy to use once you were familiar with how to navigate.

I'm a huge fan of Malwarebytes because they've built a community around keeping your system safe. I feel like a valued customer with them and not just a number.

The premium version is a very well build software with tons of safety features. No ads is one of the best pros of the software which sets malwarebytes apart from other AVs.

In the management console I can see what was blocked on each user machine, but it does not offer much information in the console on why it was blocked.

It is very easy to use and provides great protection for my devices. It is easy schedule scans.

Sometimes Malwarebytes doesn't work well with other Antiviruses Services, which leads my system into some problems, for example, Blue Screen and high disk usage.

Overall i recommend you download this software or at least try the free trial because it was a great way to clean my laptop and it made my computer preform better like when I just received it.

Then I would run this outstanding software and let it do what it does best quickly and easily find and remove even the toughest and nastiest malware, no matter how deeply it was embedded.

Quick scan will take less time while the normal scan option might take hours which is very time consuming and also frustrating.

I like the fact that it is easy to use and very good for my computer. I want them to be in good conditions because I use them everyday for my business.

The individual local user install is simple. Solid Customer Service focused on customer experience, not Sales.

I like the web browser integration, as well as the interface. The auto-updating is also beneficial when working with numerous licences.

There is not yet full support for Android and iOS (mobile devices).

Malwarebytes offered a stable, reliable and affordable solution for us while we used it. We ultimately moved away from it to Sophos.

Pros of Malwarebytes is that it is very simple and easy to install! you set it to scan every day or when ever you want and it works fantastic.

The interface is really clean and the program is simple to use.

Ease of installation, reasonable pricing and real time monitoring of all web activities and PUP alerts.

I overall love and will continue to use this program, its free, inexpensive and picks up on everything. It does everything I want it too and has everything I look for in an anti malware program.
