Writing emails directly into the program is difficult.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this software and the staff that keep it going. The groups on Facebook are ever so helpful and speaking with tech support ALWAYS yields a solution.

You have to log in twice to get into the staff portal for time sheets, etc. Some parents find it difficult to use.

Some people on our team really struggle with it.

The first time I used this software it was hard but the more I used it the more I learned more about it. The payment process is tricky and takes many steps to process.

The elimination of latency is fantastic. That is why I tried the software and why I continue to use it.

The interface with Quickbooks is easy, too. We are new to student portals and connecting resources for virtual learning, but so far that  is going well.

Website is difficult to use. Ugly interface and poor UX in general.

Jackrabbit Music is a coordinating platform which allows for easy tracking and management of registrations, paychecks, and customer help.

My overall experience with Jackrabbit Music is that the software is good and easy to use.

I like the customer service and the continuous improvement of your software based on customer suggestions.

There is no way to put toxic families into another category so they can't re-enroll again.

The thing that I like about Jackrabbit is that it is easy to use and it is easy to function when doing attendance and logging in your hours.

One thing I really want to point out is the website integration. You can set up your website so that class is automatically pop up when you have them in jackrabbit.

I love the quick and easy financial reports and the way we can organize and bill our clientele.

The reporting, tracking, scheduling and billing features are excellent. Jackrabbit is constantly updating the interface, increasing functionality and improving the user experience.

The only thing I would change is the way that registration fees are set up. We are forced to use another software for our classes that have different fees, which is inconvenient.

We have considered switching to Apple's new software because the other business we know crumbled due to this defect in your software.

I also LOVE the customer service. They are always there to help me and answer my questions.

The training modules are also very helpful. It's worth investing time into those modules and getting the certifications.

Some of the features are difficult to use/don't make sense. You have to go through too many steps to achieve a simple task.

Batch payments, revenue reporting, birthday listings, staff portal, the ability to embed class listings into my website.

I like the class management. Seeing exactly who is enrolled in each session is fairly simple.

The export to excel for the reports is very bad. The function outputs data to excel, but the data is so poorly dumped out that it is almost not usable.

Overall, excellent product, but the interface and how tech-savvy you have to be to use it is really a drawback.

We love the client portal, the recital helper, the ability to keep track of roll and makeups. The ability to communicate in multiple ways to our families.

The best thing about Jackrabbit is its support team. They are always there to help and guide through problems.

Our instructors and volunteers like the ease of use and families have liked  having emails come from one place.

I appreciate the comprehensive integration of billing and scheduling on the same platform.

The reports, Staff Portal, online registration, and ease of billing/collection have saved me countless hours and therefore, so much money.

So far, this program is very user friendly and customer support has been amazing.

Jackrabbit has made it SO easy for our piano school to maintain our database, keep in touch, and bill our customers.

Tons of functionality and the BEST customer service.

Needing to type in command prompts is very annoying. Coaching parents and students on it is worse.

Not sure I have found anything yet that is not working.

Rescheduling is way more difficult than it needs to be.

We have been very impressed by the way our instructors billing and scheduling is accurate and consistent. Able to request changes in scheduling is a snap and doesn't require a lot of back and forth.

The Support centre and Pinterest links and How-To's are done very well. Not the mention the lovely additional bits like Social Media Calendar and worksheets for the kids is so lovely.

Lately the program freezes and I am unable to continue typing after a long break (15 minutes or so). Then I lose my new comments and have to reopen the platform.

Why are the FAQs so limited. Why do I get your voicemail when I call customer service during business hours.

It's easy to use, indispensable, I don't know how I got by before. Booking, billing, communicating with students/parents is frictionless.
