Fantastic payment processor. Better technology and customer service than the big banks.

The entire payzerware team has been there every step of the way and very helpful. The online quick books syncs perfectly.

I have had co-workers not fill in these fields which leads to a transaction with no details.

I don't like having to login in every time go back to the app.

The product is very easy to learn. It had everything we needed and than some.

Sometimes my guys have issues with the card readers. There is no way to swipe a card with the reader on the new iPhone it has to be input manually which costs a little more.

Good quick app to accept payment. I don’t really like how the check reader has to have the perfect background to process a check.

Very good experience, they are very friendly and offer a good product. The very few issues we have had over the years were resolved quickly.

I think it was super easy to use and it wasn't hard to navigate to get what you needed done in a days work.

I don't think I have anything wrong to say because as a CSR we only used it for payments but billing side was a different department.

The software doesnt integrate well with our other software.

My biggest complaint with Pushpay is having your account connected to your phone number.

There is great explanations and customer support as well. The online giving is simple and allows you to set up a recurring gift and amount and allows multiple payment types.

It has the worst customer service that I've dealt with.

The integration with CCB is fairly easy with few hiccups.

Pushpay has a great UI and makes it super easy to give. I can submit a donation in around 10 seconds.

We had a 3 year contract with them that was nothing but frustration and trouble. In January I emailed and told them we would not renew when our contract was up 2/27/21.

Customer service is great. It should integrate with a lot of your existing infistrucutre.
