Overall, we are pleased with MyRec and are continuing to learn how to use the program to best meet the needs of our Department.

I just wish I would have found them years earlier. They are so user friendly and it's so easy to build programs and activities.

Any issues are very quickly resolved. It's great that customers can log in and see all of their families camps and activities in one spot.

We like that we can build the custom forms to capture all the additional requirement for our registrants and that is easily applies to future registrations for the time period in which we designate.

We love the ease of use of this software. Most things can be figured out on your own and if not its a quick phone call and they are there to answer your questions right away.

MyRec.com's customer service is awesome too. I had a suggestion for being able to email teams separately and they decided it was a great idea and was able to implement it into the system for everyone.

The outside user struggles with the cart and add on items. These additions can be by passed so users think they have added them and have not.

Setting up a customer account can be confusing for non-tech savvy folks.

The ease of the software if wonderful, it is very user friendly for staff as well as the public.

Simply putting in time for programs can be a problem.

I love the public side of the system- I think it is very user friendly. We especially like the access to instructors to go electronic and not have to use paper for everything anymore.

MyRec.com has singularly been the BEST addition to this position in 16 years. Additionally, in our district, 3 out of the 4 Rec.

If we could have the access to change our own headers, colors, etc. rather than be charged and ask someone to change our header.

We also love the fact that we can now refund a resident with only having to use MYREC and not have to go to Authorize.net as well.

My experience with myrec has overall been a great one. The staff is knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to work with.

We were previously not able to refund directly back to cards, this has been a wonderful feature as well as monthly auto billing for our gymnastics team.

The system is easy to use and update. MyRec's staff is always available to help when we get stuck - but they also have a great help section with videos and step by step instructions.

I am no where near a computer wiz and the software allow for anyone (including me) to quickly navigate and understand using the software to your best advantage.

A complaint we have from our constituents  is that they are unable to re-set their password when they click the re-set password button.

Having to manually block an account that currently holds a balance which still allows the account holder to register for future programs, activities and events.

WE had a very difficult program to initiate and they came through.

When ever I need help the staff get back to me quickly. The software itself is always improving.

We have had a fantastic experience with Ultracamp, from day 1. The conversion from another software was quick and painless,  the service we get when we need assistance is out of this workd.

As a small camp with a small budget, UltraCamp was EASY to step into when we did not have thousands of dollars to begin the venture.

They recently upgraded the interface of the main website to make it look modern, but the administration side of it is stuck in 1990.

They take each question and each conversation as top priority and make sure I am 100% good before we end the conversation.

Train it right and it does an incredible job and we don't have to worry.

The reporting features are good and give us what we need. Also, the fact that our donor management and registration system are integrated has been wonderful.

Not only that, but it's nearly impossible to understand the 'Editing Wizard' - it has the same problem - there are so many buttons, sections, and places to click in order to change the tiniest detail.

I would say stylistically its a little limited in terms of customization or embedding into your website.

Ultracamp is an easy recommendation. The flexibility of the system, coupled with the excellent support team makes for an easy win for our organization.

I used two other registration systems over the last 14 years and this is by far the best. Great value for money and does everything I need it to do.

There is no way to apply a bulk discount without altering the ones that have already been applied.

Overall, it is easy to use and has all the functionality that I need.

These options can feel overwhelming or hard to navigate for a new or unseasoned user. Therefore, the learning curve to become proficient in Ultracamp is steep.
