The layout can be a bit intimidating for some people. Could be confusing when navigating through the different topics.

Initial training can be confusing - and I don't love how you can't send directly from Consensus - this proves confusing to end users.

I am a PowerPoint user since 2010. I surely recommend it to everyone that has a presentation and wants the best way to do it , I mostly recommend it for teachers and students.

Expensive alone or in the Office bundle. Newer versions seem to be a bit “Buggy” with a few freezes but no loss of work yet.
