It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

Performance is good, better than JIRA. It's easy to automate bug reporting with Bugzilla, it has an API to interact with the system.

Bugzilla is a free and open-source tool suitable for small and large projects. It can be integrated with business mail to track the status of individual logged bugs.

Reporting is a limitation for Bugzilla. For me, to keep close track of workflows, Bugzilla just fails me and it's why I changed to another system.

Its a great tool, if you have time and resources to install it and maintain it, it will serve you well in all your projects.

Main benefit of this software is its open source architecture. It carries virtually no cost and very good community support which provides guidance on virtually every aspect.
