Pros
- I like that Avaza simplifies issue, time and cost tracking on projects. Integration with third-party applications is an added advantage as it advances capabilities.
- For my own personal use, though, what I probably like best is the notifications sent straight to my email - including the fact that I can directly access finished projects/documents from those emails.
Cons
- No way to use offline on pc as its an online web based application.
- While there are some issues with Avaza, they're all very minor. Simple things like limited viewing options for time sheets, the inability to assign tasks to multiple users, and the limited templates.
Pros
- Making the portal both client friendly and easy to use for myself. Also the ability for clients to put in work requests that can populate direct to an invoice, makes getting payment so easy.
- The ability to do everything in one platform is nice. I don't have to use everything to get the greatest use out of it either.
Cons
- I find that it's not intuitive enough to call some functions in the app and that leaves us to frustration and frustration leave us to abandon the app.
- But this is more about finding where things are located or establishing specific workflows, rather than any lack of intuitivness on the side of the platform.
