Celerant is a very good POS system that provided a quick and easy way to track sales and inventory when used correctly.

The integration is great as many of our customers shop all of our stores so having access to accurate customer data allows us to better serve our customers.

Metrics suffer from an identity crisis, with different labels scattered across the system, causing confusion between barcode variations, product styles, and inventory classification.

With them still owing me a module for the website and another for a mod I had to prepay for to get the pricing I did, I walked away and took the loss.

Like any major investment, do your homework which if you are on this site you likely are already doing.

Sometimes the program would crash when trying to pull reports and wasn't multifunctional while performing transactions.

The service and post install add-ons that you thought were part of the original deal are really frustrating. Not so much in cost as install delays.

The customization of the pos screen is great. Super easy to navigate and change if need be.

Customer support is expensive amd doesn’t get the issues resolved. Mostly band aids assuming it gets fixed.

To be fair, this issue probably only arose due to the items being entered wrong on our end.

We needed a great web platform, a mail order web interface, and a very robust amazon integration.

It is slightly counter-intuitive when learning how to use the system. At times, it can be confusing why certain actions weren't as easy to un-do or go back.

Some discounts would come up incorrect and consigned discounts were always wrong.

They also have good training videos on youtube. I think the thing I like best is that the consignors can access their accounts from home.

This has saved us so much time in the way we used to conduct our daily methods of operation it’s astounding. Best choice the company has made since its inception.

I have on several occasions recommended this program to others, who have, in turn, been very pleased. Additionally, the support staff is easy to reach when I have questions or problems.

Our new staff members quickly get comfortable and confident in using the POS which allows our team to focus our attention on better serving our customers and consignors.

First, the customer service is excellent. This company truly wants to ensure its users have the best experience possible.

All of our staff really like Ricochet and have learned the new workflows very easily. We'd love to see more reporting/dashboards (or an API so we can do our own analytics).

I like the ease of use and the simplicity. The customer support is also good.
