All of the product features that are touted in the monthly updates are absent from my screen.

I like the fact that it's a secure Canadian online platform. I also like the new roster feature which I find very easy to use.

It’s easy for customers and therapists. There aren’t too many moving parts.

Too bad I have it in my package but can’t use it as it takes that long.

There is no customer service, no number to call and if you use the email or chat, the response does not address the issue that was sent.

Umm that’s 1-2 days of lost pay in some cases. Clients logging in but the therapist is never given a ‘wait room notice’ happened twice.

Wasted money and time learning a program and now switching to TherapyNotes.

Definitely worth the price and the price is not that expensive.

The interactive white board and the ability to do worksheets during sessions with clients is also amazing.

Everyday I am having to end sessions as clients have disappeared and then wait for them to log back in via email and password. Clients struggle to understand about entering a password.

There are forced codes for some companies that are wrong and cannot be edited. Muliple claims have been rejected to their using the wrong code for billing tele-health sessions.

When I have needed assistance, I was provided with the information to resolve my issue. The new feature of the waiting list is wonderful, and it is useful for our private practice.

Yet TheraPlatform denies all issues, and I have heard similar feedback from other providers.
