As with anything that you would evaluate, make sure you have all of the information needed to make an educated decision. Make sure you look into multiple vendors who offer the product that you are looking for. Make sure to evaluate the company, the product and the people that are working with you throughout the evaluation process. In the case with NetFacilities, they received our business because of the CEO. All though there were several good products and companies to chose from. His knowledge, passion, excitement and confidence in his product/company as well as the fact that he cared about my companies interests and what we were trying to accomplish with the product, made the decision to go with NetFacilities an easy decision to make.

The product is awesome! I use it on a daily basis to track all the work in my department.
I wish it had a feature to track incoming invoices for work being done.
I would recommend trying it. You will see how easy it is to set up and use.

From my knowledge, there is no way to send alerts to email about overdue work orders.

The product is solid and intuitive. NetFacilities has always been sensitive to user needs and has continued to update and improve the app.
There's no tool to isolate a specific group of properties in order to see any requests that are input for any particular property (facility/office) in that group. This may be available for a high level administrator but not for a standard level property manager account.
Look for features that can assist you with tasks more specific for your facilities needs.

Sometimes, it's difficult to search for old work orders, but support services are available for assistance.
Hire employees with great customer service and who are familiar with the product that they are selling.

The format is very easy to understand and easy to access. It's all done from the front page, and the operations part can be done from two pages. There's no drilling down to drill down again. Our trainer was very knowledgeable and patient.
The part that is always hard is filling out the vendor and inventory sections. This is true with all MMSs. But someone has to do it, and this one was easier than the other three that I have had experience with. If I had to do it again, I would probably pay the vendor to do that for me.
Compare this to other systems, and the difference is really obvious that this is the best system.
