The platform is web-based, with mobile capabilities that allow users to track and manage work orders from the field. The maintenance tool automates process functions and removes excessive administration tasks associated with the process.

The software enables companies to streamline their workflow by increasing collaboration across different departments and also tracking costs and monitoring performance.
NetFacilities provides reporting solution with pre-defined templates that allows users to analyze labor costs, productivity, and repair costs. The software provides an option for users to submit, schedule and manage work orders while maintaining data about facilities, properties, and assets. We have been using the NetFacilities for a few months and this is really proving to be a positive system for our daily operations. NetFacilities has become one of our most important vendors. We use their full suite tools within their software. Additionally, their offerings have improved our efficiency, greatly improved our communication with internally with staff and externally with customers and this makes us feel like our whole business is more streamlined.
One other aspect is the word-of-mouth compliments that we get from our technicians in the field. They love the software’s mobile capabilities. If I had to do it all over again, they would be my first pick!

The Vendor is very proactive and works quickly and efficiently. Really strives for excellence with the product and the customer experience.
I do not have anything as of yet that i can list in this category.
As with anything that you would evaluate, make sure you have all of the information needed to make an educated decision. Make sure you look into multiple vendors who offer the product that you are looking for. Make sure to evaluate the company, the product and the people that are working with you throughout the evaluation process. In the case with NetFacilities, they received our business because of the CEO. All though there were several good products and companies to chose from. His knowledge, passion, excitement and confidence in his product/company as well as the fact that he cared about my companies interests and what we were trying to accomplish with the product, made the decision to go with NetFacilities an easy decision to make.

The product is awesome! I use it on a daily basis to track all the work in my department.
I wish it had a feature to track incoming invoices for work being done.
I would recommend trying it. You will see how easy it is to set up and use.

I like that we are able to quickly pull up work orders to make sure that we are on schedule for all of our service.
From my knowledge, there is no way to send alerts to email about overdue work orders.
Get a trial version to make sure that this is the software for you.

The product is solid and intuitive. NetFacilities has always been sensitive to user needs and has continued to update and improve the app.
There's no tool to isolate a specific group of properties in order to see any requests that are input for any particular property (facility/office) in that group. This may be available for a high level administrator but not for a standard level property manager account.
Look for features that can assist you with tasks more specific for your facilities needs.

It's user-friendly, and they have great support services.
Sometimes, it's difficult to search for old work orders, but support services are available for assistance.
Hire employees with great customer service and who are familiar with the product that they are selling.

The format is very easy to understand and easy to access. It's all done from the front page, and the operations part can be done from two pages. There's no drilling down to drill down again. Our trainer was very knowledgeable and patient.
The part that is always hard is filling out the vendor and inventory sections. This is true with all MMSs. But someone has to do it, and this one was easier than the other three that I have had experience with. If I had to do it again, I would probably pay the vendor to do that for me.
Compare this to other systems, and the difference is really obvious that this is the best system.
