BookedIN is an appointment scheduling app created to be an efficient solution for booking appointments and paying for services. The platform allows users to set up automatic confirmation, reminder and receipt notifications.

At an application level, BookedIN offers contact management, scheduling and billing/invoicing. It is a suitable fit for small businesses and solo-entrepreneurs in the service industry who schedule one-on-one appointments with clients and customers.

This Web-based system operates on Mac, iOS, Windows, Windows Phone, Chrome OS and Linux. Industries served include cleaning services, cable/telecommunication companies, pest control, property maintenance and many others.

BookedIN offers a 30-day free trial of their system and multiple pricing tiers for continuing service. Tiers include unlimited booking plans for either one schedule or unlimited schedules with either monthly or annual payments. BookedIN also offers a pay-per-booking plan, where with prices per booking decrease as the number of bookings increase.

This system currently serves clients in North America, the UK, Australia and New Zealand and has been around since 2009.

It is so user friendly, so intuitive, and so simple to change things when I need to. It also helps me keep my finances in order when clients pay deposits. It's really a joy to use.

I wish there were a few more options for customization of the services. Other than that, the product is really very functional.

Recommendations

Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed. The customer support is incredible. REAL PEOPLE!

I used to use Schedulicity, but I could not support multiple offices without scheduling conflicts. BookedIn solved that issue.

The support staff is incredibly friendly and quick in response. Always there for you when you need help. The software is very simple to set up and the payment plans are very affordable.

There really isn't much I don't like~ They do an incredible job with everything!

Recommendations

I looked into SEVERAL other booking sites, and they were all much more expensive, and MUCH more complex.

The vendor is very responsive to client needs, ideas and suggestions. Excellent customer service. The product is easy to use which is why I chose it, no complicated set up, instructions or classes needed.

I wish it had an App. It would make using the product more convenient.

Recommendations

See if there are any other products out there that you can figure out without a complicated set up and set of instructions, and I mean an end product that actually works like this one does.
