  • Pros

  • Its super easy to use and people get back to my questions really fast and have clear answers.
  • Paypal integration works well. When required, customer support has been responsive and helpful.
  • Cons

  • It sometimes can take up to 4 minutes to load when you click on the app. Which is frustrating when you have a client waiting for you to rebook them.
  • Maybe even generate a list or who was seen and when. No on a single customer but multiple so I can do recalls.

  • Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
  • I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
