easy to navigate and learn. Not a lot of malfunctions

Too many clicks to schedule a patient visit, unable to type in nurse name--have to scroll through a list

You should be able to type a nurses name and have them come up without having to scroll through the list

It is convenient and easy to use. Learning how to use kantime is not difficult at all.

We have to click out of the caregiver tab if you want to quickly refer back to a client.

Recommendations

It would be great if I did not have to click back and forth between client and caregiver. If we can have two tabs open at the same time side by side that would be great.

There is no "undo" button. If I accidentally erase something, I have to completely redo it manually.

This product is easy to use and figure out. There a lot of ways to get to one place. It is very convenient.

I wish there was a way to subcategorize more so I can filter to specific findings. Also, there is no undo button.

Scheduling is a breeze. Keeps clients organized. Easily find "caregivers". Mostly, user friendly.

Likes Least

Not much as far as recruiting tools go. Has a "leads" section which is helpful but still using other software to supplement recruiting functionality.

Recommendations

If you are looking for a software to schedule caregivers, this is great. It will also allows to classify RNs, LVNs, etc. However, it isn't great in recruitment efforts. If this is important to your organization, move on. Furthermore, if you need to further classify your RNs and LVNs or whoever else you hire into what skills they have, this wont do it. However, for a home health agency, I strongly believe that as a scheduling tool that keeps clients organized, this is really great.
