Kott Hospitality Management Software


 

Kott Software’s Hospitality Management System, designed for hotels, resorts, motels and inns, includes several modules for various hospitality tasks. The setup module allows new users to establish details about the hotel, and the front office module manages check-in and check-out, as well as customer profiles.

To help with cleaning duties, the system has housekeeping and laundry modules that feature customizable cleaning methods and rates and integrate with the front office module. The Hospitality Management System can also handle conversions of multiple types of currencies, and buy and sell amounts are automatically calculated based on the daily rate entered. The system can record and store phone call history, create reports based on call data and posts call entries to the guest bill.

Finally, the financial accounting functions help manage different types of books, such as cash books, bank books or general ledgers, and can generate reports on balances, profits and losses.

I love the ability they have to quickly respond to any current problems or questions that might come up.

The pages were laid out in a very easy to understand manner to make employee on-boarding a lot quicker and easier than before.

Cons

Sometimes the pages took a little too long to load. Pages timed out occasionally. Font a littler small in some areas for people with poor eyesight.
