RecruitBPM is a cloud-based recruiting and talent management software solution. It offers applicant tracking, social recruiting and customer relationship management (CRM).

With the product’s applicant tracking features, employers are able to manage candidate profiles and search for keywords embedded in candidate résumés. Employers can also match applicants with job by sorting jobs by skills.

Job postings created in the system are shareable over social media, and employers can automatically post job listings to every job-search network they belong to via the system’s career portal. Candidates are able to apply for positions via Facebook and LinkedIn.

RecruitBPM CRM features include contact management, scheduling and calendars and email integration. With the application’s contact tracking module, the user can build a contact profile containing emails, meetings and other contact information.

Role-based security is available, as is customizable access for hiring managers.

Mobile apps for Android and Apple iOS are offered. RecruitBPM has both standard and premium editions, the former of which is free of charge. Premium membership is available on a per user per month subscription basis, with a 30-day free trial.

The one thing I like most about RecruitBPM is that it's a one-stop online software I can use for my business. I have a recruiting, staffing and finance company and I can use this software for all my businesses. It has a CRM that I can use for leads for my finance company and also Recruiting for my Employment Agency business.

It is much cheaper than others I've looked into, so you are getting what you pay for.
Although we have to modify it to get what we want out of it, at least it has some customization abilities.

Cons

Seems like we have to make it do what we want. I do not like the customer service. It takes a while for them to get back to you and once they do it seems to always be via email.

RecruitBPM was such an easy product for our team to learn how to use.
Additionally, with several pricing options it makes it a financially feasible product to use.

Cons

The log in screen took a little while to get used to. Even though the icons were self explanatory, I still had to fumble around a little bit to figure it out.

Even better, you can customize the input fields to match your specific need.

Cons

Not that we dislike anything but it could be a bit more robust. Maybe the implementation can be complicated by not having implementation manual in Spanish

More than Pleasantly Surprised So Far

Honestly, when it came to software, we didn't really know what we were looking for. The first thing we were looking for was price - we're a small-ish/midsize company, so we can't really afford to spend boatloads of money on an ATS or CRM platform. RecruitBPM was one of the cheapest options out there. Obviously, going cheap can present you with low quality options, but so far RecruitBPM looks, feels, and operates like the more expensive products which we demoed before settling on this one. It has everything you need - nothing more, but certainly nothing less.

The customer service was a little bit lacking at first, but we've had much better experiences recently.

Recommendations

If you're looking for a cheap, but high quality platform, you really can't ask for more than RecruitBPM.

So we started out looking for the most affordable option (not necessarily the cheapest, but best value) and we came across a few that were offering free trials, or cheap standard editions, etc., but none of the platforms we tried out could do as much as RecruitBPM for the price. If you're looking for a Salesforce replacement, this isn't it -- BUT if you're a small-medium company like we are, there's really nothing I've seen that combines quality and value. We had trouble at first with the customer service being shaky, but I attribute that to them being a newer product with few employees. We haven't had any issues in the last few months with our customer service inquiries being resolved.

All in all, if you're a small to medium company (especially a staffing or consulting firm), there really isn't too much competition out there for the price.
