Within the EHR application, Azalea Health offers an integrated telehealth feature. Physicians can interact with patients or other caregivers through live streaming video calls. This feature can be accessed from Internet-connected devices such as smartphones, and it’s fully HIPAA-compliant.
A data integrity validation feature will check various field entries (such as date of birth, insurance, and address) and then notify users of inaccuracies. Other features include pre-filled SOAP notes, including ICD and CPT codes.
Azalea solutions are cloud-based, allowing the software to grow with a practice. All data is encrypted and controlled by user permissions. Azalea products are compatible with all mobile devices, including iPads.

I like the fact that the customer service has a small town feel/personable level to it, however the Azalea product is cutting edge/state of the art system.
Not enough custom options on the system for individual users.
Compare this product to other billing systems, and for the price/customer service/overall ease of use you will most definitely choose Azalea over other products.

The system is very user friendly and almost intuitive! Azalea Health has supplied our clinic with a wonderful EMR which I am so happy with; Azalea makes my work life so much easier!
It is very hard to come up with something that I am not happy about as far as the product and the service team goes.
The only thing that I can come up with is that I wish it were a little easier to review a chart without accidentally starting a new chart or the worry of importing old data into a new chart when I am reviewing an old chart.
