Classy is a web-based Non-Profit software for organizations that need to manage their fundraising efforts. Fundraising and Donor Management is available stand-alone or within a suite with Email Marketing. Whether there's a need to plan and execute fundraising for one event or many, Classy has tools that can help.
Classy offers many key features, including Event Ticketing and Registration, Peer-to-Peer Campaigns, Customizable Reports, and Social Media Integration. The Starter Package is a great option for budget-minded organizations, while the Pro package offers premium tools such as seamless integration with popular systems like Salesforce, MailChimp, and DonateDouble.
Since Classy is web-based, it’s easy to see real time updates across pretty much any device, whenever and wherever. We really like how simple it is to keep tabs on donors by utilizing Classy's activity feed. It keeps a history of all communication, and is a highly-functional tool for staying in contact with a large group of people, both donors and volunteers.
We typically recommend this solution to organizations with an annual operating budget of one to twenty-five million dollars. It’s an especially great fit for National Organizations, Faith-Based Ministries, Private Schools, and more, and it's compatible with Macs and iPads, as well as Microsoft operating systems. Classy has been helping Non-Profits organize and streamline their fundraising efforts since 2006. Bussinessweek.com voters named the company one of America’s most promising Social Entrepreneurs in a 2011 poll.

In the non-profit business, we rely heavily on volunteers. More often than not these kind folks have limited computer experience yet all find the simplicity makes them feel comfortable.

Intuitive designs for those who want something simple and quick to setup to start taking online donations.
Doesn't integrate well with your own website as far as design goes. For custom designers, they will find the frustrating. Pricing must be requested, isn't made public.

Classy is super easy to use. Integrates great into a website. Integrates great into Salesforce. Great information/customer service from their team, too. Value add!
Classy is not the most fashionable payment processor. It is getting better though. It takes people out of the website to do its payment or fundraising stuff.

Easy to use to set up events and track information.
The functionality between registration and fundraising.
Really be aware as to why you are using this. Just registration for events? Team building for events? Team fundraising for events? Individual fundraising for events?

Classy is incredibly easy to use from a creative standpoint. The design options are clean and simple and the registration pages match up with our current website as well.
Everything runs pretty smoothly, but you really have to spend time with the program before you master it.
Edward from Mission: Hope
I really like how easy it is the edit and customize everything within Classy. Anyone could do it with no trouble.
The thing I like the least would be the pricing. Several other options on the market are cheaper, but just don't have as great of options.

We have been using Classy for a couple of years and they have an amazing platform with even better customer service. I have never sent a support ticket in without getting exactly the help I need to be successful. Being in a non-profit it is important to be successful and Classy understands this.
I personally want to thank the business and their staff for their continued support of our organization and everything we stand for.
Glenn from Operation Supply Drop
From the moment we spoke with Classy, which was months before ever taking a cent, we've been impressed. Their customer service actually cares - and knows what they're talking about. They care not about the blind throughput of donations, but able actually helping build successful campaigns to grow an organization. Further they like to share and discuss successes and failures in order to better develop the Classy platform to ours and other client's benefit.
On the development side, as a customer, we're a bit challenging as one of our sources of donations is non-traditional. They've worked with us to tweak features to the benefit of our support base and continue to improve.
I've yet to find another company with as dedicated a team as they have at Classy. While we've had to make numerous changes to tech partners and vendors during our growth, this is a change that we can say had no downside.

Two years ago, we started a nonprofit with few resources and a big vision. Classy, through their software, customer service, and fundraising and marketing resources, helped our organization overcome its limitations and exceed expectations.
Whether you're an established nonprofit looking to supplement your existing online fundraising or a brand new organization just looking to get started, Classy is an essential part of bringing your work to the next level.

- Start fundraising with a clean platform without needing to code ASAP. Like, yesterday. We started with a one man staff with limited fundraising experience, and built our organization around Classy's capabilities which turned successful.
- From a peer-to-peer platform, we've researched and haven't found a better option for the price available
- Classy is constantly trying to make itself better, which we appreciate. AKA- we don't spend $$$$$ for website updates. They do. That's cool for our bottom line while we reap benefits.
- INTEGRATION WITH SALESFORCE >>>> THANK YOU
- If you have a problem, they get back to you instantly. (Shout out Jo Moya for leading the best customer service team possible).
- Ticketed events are a little tougher to pull off and structure how we desired than straight fundraising, but that's probably more our user error than anything, as we are clueless in that department
