Consumers search MyTime’s marketplace to find the business they seek, and MyTime then supports the scheduling and payment of the appointment.

Through its applications, MyTime enables users to manage customers and their appointments, calculate employee payroll and track employee performances. MyTime also features custom reporting for users to track sales and other measurable data.

Additionally, MyTime enables businesses to send appointment confirmations and reminders to customers. With this, businesses can see which customers haven’t confirmed and can then give them a follow-up call.

MyTime is a Web-based solution that is priced per month per location. It has multiple packages for businesses to choose from and also offers additional add-ons. It features Android and iOS mobile apps.

My shop started using MyTime a few months ago and it's good. We didn't take appointments before. People would drive up, wait in line. Customers like calling ahead and a lot of them just go to the website now. It's been great to track customers history and cut down on slow times.

Best thing is that we can be dirty doing an oil change or whatever, and we barely have to touch the computer to see the schedule. or techs will check their phones. Pretty cool!

Price is great and it's been great for business. Happy with MyTime!

mmm I can't think of any complaints. Maybe it would be nice to be able to order parts through it too so maybe someday!

MyTime is a full business system: point of sale, online booking, scheduling, and email marketing. My salon has been using it for a few months. We switched from Booker, and see the difference, really. How? Much simpler. Clean looking, easy. Automatic. Emails and texts go out in the background and we don't worry about them. Easy to track our sales and products.

Customers have actually complimented us about how easy to book online.

Our only advice to MyTime is keep it up! MyTime did a lot of handholding and phone training with us though so the ymade switching as painless as possible. worth it!

We started using mytime about a year ago and definitely recommend it. It's reliable and easy to reach them by phone anytime I need them. Their scheduling and marketing work well and my clients like it. Glad I went with them!

Clients are easily able to book online, which is great. And automatic appointment reminders and confirmations just happen - I don't need to do anything.
