  • Pros

  • The contracts, proposals, and invoices are all simple to use and allow me to keep all of these important documents organized, easily accessible, all while making the process simple for my clients.
  • Another huge plus for me is that Indy does not charge extra for payment transactions (only the fee direct from the payment processor applies). The customer service is also fantastic.
  • Cons

  • Hard to get clients on board with using the system.
  • The lack of invoicing features that distinguish this service from similar services.

  • The ease of adding vendors and customers is great. Once you iron out the how to of the invoice templates they can be very useful to switch what is needed on each invoice per customer.
  • Up time is fantastic and they always send out down alerts immediately. Love the reports to Excel - works great.
  • Cons

  • I had a little bit of trouble navigating through my past transactions for previous years. Other people have been having the same problems.
  • The user experience was awful compared to Xero I just could not get on with it. Unfortunately it just didn't work for me.
