  • Pros

  • I like that it's easy to use for the client whilst they're booking and I love that it is constantly improving

  • Love the fact that you can control your bookings from anywhere from any device.. love all the features and benefits .. and love the new e mail blasts .. excellent

  • Cons

  • I love everything about it, maybe only thing I have to say least is their updates are slower pace. it will take a while to have function you may want.

  • To be honest nothing really comes to mind, other than at times it has been a bit tricky to search a client and I have no idea why but other than that it's fantastic.

  • Pros

  • It was aesthetically pleasing. It was easy to navigate. It was user friendly for our members.

  • I really enjoy this software, not just because it's Canadian, like me, but their overall platform is easy to work with and is fairly simple to set-up. Great product and customer service too!

  • Cons

  • Some admin features a limited, but Wellness seems to respond well to feedback and either helps with solutions or creates a fix. Just wish more could be done faster.

  • I would love a mobile app or if the software was more mobile friendly on the administration side. It is great for the customers though.
