Easy to navigate and the reports are great. I especially love the Dashboard that shows everything you want to know during the event.

Didnt work well with facebook merchant. Crashed during ticket push and I didnt get notification of error from company - from users instead.

My main complaint last year was that you could figure out which bidders were outbidding you but, this year, thats corrected.

They have the option of just donating cash online and that was a huge success for people that were not interested in the silent auction items.

That one design flaw could make you oversell your event but quite a few tickets. In fact, we had twice as many tickets used than showed on our dashboard.

The only problem we experienced was at the end of the event, the internet access slowed down bidders. But, that was outside of Clickbid.

From ease of use on our end to ease of use on the donor end. Even when we go back to doing our event live, we will be continuing to use Clickbid.

Plus the on-site guest service representative is one of the best additions to a team of volunteers and staff on-site and the cost is more than worth the additional expense.

I liked that all of the featured were mobile and it easily integrated to our website. The chat feature was nice to have as well.

We had trouble with authorize.net check out not accepting payment due to error codes, first with addresses, then with decimals (Code: 619).

There is sometimes a delay in the texting, which is problematic when you're trying to make real-time announcements to guests.

Their support is fantastic and their team is incredibly knowledgeable about the product as well as responsive to support needs.

In addition to the pricing structure, the ease of use was fantastic. Most of the functionality is straightforward and all of the options are easy to understand.

I love the fact that it's easy to use the tutorial is great even for those that are less tech savvy.

We have been looking for a mobile auction software service for a long time and finally found a good one within our price range.

ClickBid is a cloud-based mobile bidding and auction management solution designed for small and midsize businesses. It offers event licensing, mass messaging and payment processing functionalities within a suite. 


ClickBid enables users to collect bids, register bidders and manage check-ins and check-outs through the mobile app. The solution allows users to search bidders by name, a function that can be used by volunteers during bidder check-ins.
