  • It's very detailed & professional & the support team is awesome. My Representative [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is truly best of the bests.
  • AutoLeap gives us great insight into our profitability each week and that has been a great help in growing our repair.
  • They have went above and beyond to support and listen to our ideas when needing to tweak anything for our benefit with in the AutoLeap software. I am extremely impressed by AutoLeap as a whole.
  • Cons

  • Just got to get used to it from switching from an obsolete invoicing software.
  • Our only struggle with making the switch was we were not already using QuickBooks Online (QBO) - so our integration to that was very slow (NOT AN AUTOLEAP ISSUE - it was ours!).
  • There aren't too many things we dislike about AutoLeap.

  • I have recommended Auto Tracker to several other shop owners and they love it and can't thank me enough for introducing them to Bob.
  • Great software, user friendly, very detailed and completely compatible for what we do here at our shop. Even better customer service as well.
  • I love my Auto Trackers software package. I allows me too keep track of my business, and for ease of billing & for the ability to easily mail out service reminders.
  • Cons

  • Accidentally deleted a $6700 ticket and could not recover.
  • Rob and the guys are alway there to help if there is a problem.
