There aren't too many things we dislike about AutoLeap.

There is no more miscommunications. One thing money can't buy is time but Autoleap can certainly save you a whole lot.

I like that it is cloud based so I can log in from any device at any time. It is extremely easy to navigate and when there is an issue someone gets back to me is 5 minutes or less.

Our only struggle with making the switch was we were not already using QuickBooks Online (QBO) - so our integration to that was very slow (NOT AN AUTOLEAP ISSUE - it was ours!).

The support is best in class. I am very happy that I made the decision to bring AutoLeap and it's team onboard my business.

The layout was nice and user friendly for the most part.

I really like the ease of use and I can tell they're building the software for the future growth of my business.

Maybe a drop down list if services that we could pick from.

AutoLeap gives us great insight into our profitability each week and that has been a great help in growing our repair.

What i like most about the software is giving my costumers the opportunity to show them what is going on with their vehicle with visual pictures.

I didn't realize what I was missing until I switched to AutoLeap.

When performing inspections, it's nice to have a visual list of various components of a vehicle. It's simple to go through the checklist and helps lessen the chance of over looking/ missing something.

Our biggest improvement to our shop thanks to AutoLeap has been the ability to better communicate with our clients. We are able to be as transparent as possible though estimates and DVIs.

At this point I don't have any major complaints. If I had to write one thing is that the software is new and they are still adding features.

I am not able to think of anything I don't like about their software.

Autoleap has integrated Quickbooks online, no more double entry (I do the book keeping as well) saved me hours every weekend from paperwork.

This product is easy to use and helps us keep track of our customers and their vehicles. I appreciate the fact that it integrates with QB online.

Overall our business with Autoleap is very good and the integration has been very easy in the company. Their customer service is excellent and they are willing to help however they can.

The software integrated very easily with other programs and the interface was very clean and easy to use.

I have the best tools for the garage, and now the office too.

Just got to get used to it from switching from an obsolete invoicing software.

It is very easy to use, connects my techs in the back with the front office, the customer support is amazing, any time I have a question or suggestion they are right on top of it.

The time savings from daily administrative work can now be spent doing what I love, which is in the shop working on cars.

They have great integrated features such as parts ordering through partstech and integrate service info through Motor. Its web app based design is helping us go paperless in our shop.

Overall we were quite displeased with the program.

It keeps me on task and on target. I know the support team is always there for me and always improving and making the software better than it was before.

What we most liked about AutoLeap is the simplicity and the thoroughness  of the platform. The learning curve was short and the support we received was very helpful.

The same thing occurs if you edit a price, it automatically changes back. Frustrating if you don't realize before you invoice.

Ease of use is my favorite thing about it, though I would change 1-2 things if I could.

I haven’t used the software long, but I find it a little difficult to use. Maybe with some more time I can get it figured out.

It is very easy to use and easy to train people to use it. It helps me track profits for each job.

Increase efficiency, provide better support to customers with list of vehicles, adding the features that quick books didn't have for shop management.

Overall, it is probably one of the least functional programs I've ever used. It's a great idea and was probably the best option a decade ago but it could  use a full rebuild.

With Napa tracks we are able to make more money and explain stuff better to the customer.

The system completely integrates with your current working style. It is extremely user friendly which i love.

We use the legacy- which has sharp colors and is easy to see & read. Customer support is super fast.

It is very difficult to give a customer a discount on parts and have the discount show on the final repair order.

NAPA doesnt play well with others, meaning, only napa parts lookup is available, you will NOT be able to integrate ANY other auto parts store into napa tracs.

The labor matrix is one of my favorite functions of Tracs. I like the ability to built pricing profiles.

Once you’re use to it it’s like riding a bike. They send tech support to the shop to get set up which was great.

Napa Tracs has been a great addition to our business. We were using quickbooks before and I don’t know how we survived with out this.
