Now I do have issues with some things here and there but I think that's more user error than it is software.

How easy it is to use and how user friendly it is.

The ease of use of this software to make a RO, estimate, and invoice is great. The appointment set up and website is also great and my customers love it.

Constantly lost work that was not completed, not every user could access.

Easy to access customer service and easy to use features make this a great experience.

I thought it was hard to navigate and nobody really give you a tutorial or explanations on how to do it.

Making your new customers trust in your ability, professionalism in even the smallest way makes a huge difference.

The integration with OBDII scanners and Intuit are great. The software allows streamlining of many aspects from quotes and invoicing to inspection reports.

The mobile platform allows for easy deployment and usability both in shop and in the field.

Loved being able to email customer repaur status , option to uplaod an image is nice, makes jobs simplier.

Overall a good addition for its price,  nice little app, but would give it more functionality to change and edit things.

I also like all the integration features as well as electronic invoicing and estimates that can be approved by customer through their phones. It is a great management program for the price.

This is a very intuitive and fluid process. We rolled ARI out on cell phones and it is working excellent.

ARI was easy to navigate and get to do what I needed to do. I like that its a mobile application and hosted which takes all hosting stress away from the business.

Issues with pc use(I have not tried new windows app yet), printer problems, occasional bugs and syncing problems across devices.

What I have found with this product is that it is very useful for the type of work that I am doing. It is also very affordable, mobile and integrates well with my company.

There aren't too many things we dislike about AutoLeap.

There is no more miscommunications. One thing money can't buy is time but Autoleap can certainly save you a whole lot.

I like that it is cloud based so I can log in from any device at any time. It is extremely easy to navigate and when there is an issue someone gets back to me is 5 minutes or less.

Our only struggle with making the switch was we were not already using QuickBooks Online (QBO) - so our integration to that was very slow (NOT AN AUTOLEAP ISSUE - it was ours!).

The support is best in class. I am very happy that I made the decision to bring AutoLeap and it's team onboard my business.

I didn't realize what I was missing until I switched to AutoLeap.

When performing inspections, it's nice to have a visual list of various components of a vehicle. It's simple to go through the checklist and helps lessen the chance of over looking/ missing something.

Our biggest improvement to our shop thanks to AutoLeap has been the ability to better communicate with our clients. We are able to be as transparent as possible though estimates and DVIs.

At this point I don't have any major complaints. If I had to write one thing is that the software is new and they are still adding features.
