  • Pros

  • I have recommended Auto Tracker to several other shop owners and they love it and can't thank me enough for introducing them to Bob.
  • Great software, user friendly, very detailed and completely compatible for what we do here at our shop. Even better customer service as well.
  • I love my Auto Trackers software package. I allows me too keep track of my business, and for ease of billing & for the ability to easily mail out service reminders.
  • Cons

  • Accidentally deleted a $6700 ticket and could not recover.
  • Rob and the guys are alway there to help if there is a problem.

  • The ease of writing and updating work orders is fantastic. I like that you can do everything from writing purchase orders to checking history and updating recommended service from one screen.
  • Previously we had used AllData Manage and it could not look up vins or license plates and we love that we can do that through this program. The customer service is fantastic.
  • It was a smooth integration, customer support is amazing. So wonderful to have a team behind the product to help us in the field.
  • Cons

  • The same thing occurs if you edit a price, it automatically changes back. Frustrating if you don't realize before you invoice.
  • It is very difficult to give a customer a discount on parts and have the discount show on the final repair order.
  • I haven’t used the software long, but I find it a little difficult to use. Maybe with some more time I can get it figured out.
