My bottom line showed an immediate increase in daily sales. I'm bringing in more money because I'm not missing items that were repaired or should have been added to the R.O.

It is rather difficult to find previous repairs for 1 customer.

I like the ease of adding customers and creating work orders.

Its super easy to use and train guys on. Allows my inventory to be tracked as well as my guys to clock in and out on jobs allowing us to bill out as much of our time as possible.

It’s been great and I plan on using for a long time.

I am disappointed that the Customer gets left out in the cold. So if you are looking to serve your Customers you may want to look elsewhere.

Difficulty to link it with electronic catalogues.

I spent $500 on Quickbooks Premier and was completely dissatisfied with it. It was only capable of holding 14,500 lines of inventory as well as being very difficult to use.

Very solid database, easy to navigate, endless options and features, can be used for simple or complex tasks, great customer support, excellent price.

The only flaw it has for us is the fact that we cant track cores or do core tax that Oklahoma charges but we don't get back.

I like that this software is easy to use and teach to new technicians.

The software is at a great price point, the purchased version does not expire (like our past program).

Not computer savvy at all and its very easy to set up and use.

The ease of the software is the best. My husband can even use this program and he is not very computer savvy.

I have been more than happy with this product from day one - we have been using it for over 4 years now and have no plans to change.

There really is no Con w/ Digital Wrench in my opinion, the only thing it doesn't do the $10,000 systems do is integrate the parts vendors info via automatic web download.

This software was great for me as an inisial business just because of the price point.but after using the program I couldn't be more satisfied and the tech and customer service is outstanding.

Inventory and tracking time and expenses. Customer support and training have been stellar.

I used to have to take days away from work for invoicing, quotes, and other office work. Now when the invoice is ready the only thing left to do is collect the money.

I like that it is intuitive in the set-up and use.

I liked that it is internet based and can be integrated with other softwares in addition to tracking time, inventory and various reports.

Customer service is worthless. They will answer the phone, but can rarely assist with any issues.

The volume of reports available, level of detail that is accessible, and the capabilities of the program. Ease of integration into QB's and the addition of Motor to the program.

Doing estimates takes half as much time with full bay lets you know what your costs are and profits before you do the job. Allowing you time to bid more jobs.

This software is so comprehensive it does everything we as a large diesel and automotive shop need. It can be used to manage multiple shops, and we can fluidly go-between the shops.

Overall, this product has been a 10 of 10 for my business. Also, the support staff is amazing.

Receiving parts is difficult. Ordering parts through the system is a nightmare, the email look like a phising scam, and you have to call to verify they received the email.

I like how easy it is to use and I love the technical support team. They are easy to get a hold of and answer back very quickly.

Decent help online and excellent call centre. The people  at the call centre are easy to reach and almost always respond the same day.

I like that I can keep easy records of the financials. It links with Quickbooks and our processing payment software.

The only complaint that I have about the software is that it only migrates information to Quick books.

The parts is a little hard to navigate at first. Easier as time goes on but that seems to be the most difficult.

Very happy with the software and the team that is behind it.
