The software was very easy to configure for backing up our organization's mail and drive data. The cost was very reasonable compared to other applications advertising to do that same thing.

We do test recoveries every month. Very easy to use, especially self-service portal for end-users reduced the load on IT by factor of 3.

My only tiny complaint is I wish it would only email you when the backup failed. But the email shows mailboxes failed in red text so it's easy to just glance at it and delete.

Those are separate subscriptions that you can add to your account. It might not be clear to users at first is my only problem.
