When it comes to making customer service aware there is always no work around which can be frustrating.

My favorite aspect about this software is that it helps me do my job to the best of my abilities. It gives me great feedback and wonderful suggestions.

It is a good prospect researching tool that give insight into how active prospect is in general as well as digital advertising.

When searching for advertisers in my area, I can narrow my search down to just about any type of business, size, and budget that I want to prospect. I have used buzz board every time I prospect now.

Happy with the service but would love some revamp of report designs.

It is helpful, but not as efficient as I would like in turning the time I am required to spend entering new prospects into the system into actual strong qualified potential clients.

It is an awesome prospecting tool, and I use it everyday, all day.

It gives you a great place to start a conversation and quickly access what a client needs to do as a first step.

Easy to use software with excellent easy to follow reports identifying vulnerabilities, improvements and successes especially with competitors and market share.

Finding Companies you have already added can be difficult.

Buzzboard is a great tool that you can leverage as a conversation starter in your prospecting.

Some of the category assignments have either been missing or incorrect for the business.

Errors, or problems loading. At times i have to start all over after i have built an entire presentation because the information is not loading.

Overall, the system is easy to use and helpful.

The customer service team is AMAZING. They have so far as to send me leads during this trying time.

It doesn't take into account businesses with multiple locations and penalizes them with a low NAP score.

It provides valuable insight into clients digital health allowing you to go into meetings better prepared. Customer service has been great with our team.

Prospects are always interested to learn about their online visibility and how it compares against their market competitors.

It is fairly easy to use and navigate. However the data is not always correct, and when presenting to a client , accuracy is key.

I get frustrated with it at least 2 or 3 times a week because of how long it takes to create a profile.

Great info to use with current clients and finding new clients with competitors info. Easy to use and the improvements keep coming.

In itself the efficiency gains of this has offset the adoption costs by a considerable amount.

The software's support model is horrific. Qlik uses value added resellers (aka VAR) for the most part.

Strong Technology, Great Support. Very easy self service capabilities enabling 3rd Gen BI.

Now we just open Qlik Sense and we know it, the overall profit of the company, also per costumer, brand or even product.

There is a lot of material to learn and a good community. Allows you to build your own datawarehouse using Qvds.

Qlik has no idea what VARs are doing and VARs have no idea what Qlik is trying to tell them. Getting a license key correctly can take a few tries.

Great tools to help visualize data and also to help promote self service to management team.

Only thing I can criticize is that the name is confusing for some people in business unit. It is obviously chosen intentionally but they keep confusing Qlik with Click.

Good for having automated reporting and moving away from complex report builds & production.

Which has improved our scope and insights as well as improved our decision making.

The best thing about Qliksense is the speed with which it can analyze and associate large volumes of data.

After initial setup we got in creating connections to uncommon databases that proved very difficult to get setup in Qlik.

Qlik Sense was very good for introducing performance reporting across a large workforce, with varying degrees of responsibilities & therefore access levels.

The customer support is very good and responsive. A given report can be utilized as a base to make another report so it saves your time to convey necessary info in minimal time with top outcomes.

Great integration with ERP systems and great mobile deployment options.

The product is easy to use. Our users love the speed with which we can now deliver dashboards and analytical reporting.

Integration with business processes was good, and deployment was relatively easy. Ability to produce some nice looking reports for the workforce to help manage performance.

Qliksense has a great interface for building GUI. Also the ability to use custom extensions allows a lot of flexibilty.
