It has a pretty bad UI/UX. Its feels horrible to navigate and is a chore to implement it, we need a specialist only to set it up so everyone can get the data.

The major downside for me is the lack of user support. It's difficult to get an answer (or atleast a quick answer) to issues with Analytics which can be frustrating.

In a way I see it as a problem are identifier that is incapable of identifying the problem itself.
