The Dojo community forum, user groups and annual Domopalooza are all great resources that allow customers to network and share ideas.

My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.

It has been great and my team and I really enjoy working with it.

Customer service reps are very pleasant and helpful. The UI and all info on dashboard is great - all info is in real-time too.

Domo has cut the distance between themselves and Tableau, but they still have not surpasses them.

While it is a great program for taking data from multiple sources and making useful charts, the cost can be extremely prohibitive.

The support case has been open for nearly a month and has  just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.

I really like how you can graphically present high-level data and then give users the ability to drill down to get the underlying data based on multiple parameters.

Accordingly, the agreed POC project completely failed yet their sales/legal team tried to threaten & demand for a 3 year licensing fee.

It was a horrible experience from the start with a group of young men that had no business consulting.

Readily available on the desktop, laptop and mobile with all of the great features intact.

Domo makes a tedious part of the job a breeze. I love the features and it makes working with customers quick and efficient.

Domo gives you an extract of the information, and if you need to add filters, you perfectly can click on the expand option and add it. The data is easy to understand and analyze.

Once you get your head around it, the interface is powerful and intuitive although the learning curve is steep.

My experience so far has been very good. It provides the drill-down capability that isn't readily available with other applications.

It's incredibly powerful and allows any one (regardless of coding or data science background) the ability to create dynamic reports and complex data automations.

Reports are beautiful and can be customized in endless ways. Data integrations are numerous and allow companies to bring in data from a wide variety of sources.

So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.

Very inuitive and visually appealing. Helps develop KPIs for management that is super helpful for decision making.

Small organizations may have a difficult time justifying the cost.

The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.

Great, our Analytics Team lives in DOMO and the output they provide is wonderful.

Various chart types and easy integration with current business processes were definitely a plus in navigating the software and completing projects on time or sooner than expected with great results.

Just a very tough tool to use and is very limited if not technical.

Good product with lots of promise let down by the worse customer support I've ever experienced.

Aggregate Reporting in Domo is Nice and Easy to Use.

Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Very helpful in providing information and solutions with content that can be accessed quite easily. The price is also very affordable.

It user friendly with good interface and very easy to understand. Microsoft Dynamics 365 allow agent to open and resolved cases on the dashboard.

Overall experience of this software is preety much better then others. I would says it's just amazing and very easy to use.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Overall my experience is great. It is terrific value for your money and does the job better than most CRMs.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

A necessary evil that I'd rather not deal with, but I have no choice but to do so.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.
