Pros
- A great all around tool that we depend on for every position. It also gives you the ability to keep track of all your employees and where their salary falls according to the local market.
- Payscale is a fantastic site because you can use it to see how much you should be earning at your job. Otherwise how else can you find out how much people in your industry are making.
Cons
- The MarketPay platform UI is pretty dated, but I don’t believe that takes away from the product. The Insight Lab platform is terrible for anyone who needs to price more than 50 or so jobs.
- Difficult user interface - not intuitive. Not good comps available, so data meaningless.
Pros
- Customer service reps are very pleasant and helpful. The UI and all info on dashboard is great - all info is in real-time too.
- I really like how you can graphically present high-level data and then give users the ability to drill down to get the underlying data based on multiple parameters.
Cons
- Domo has cut the distance between themselves and Tableau, but they still have not surpasses them.
- The support case has been open for nearly a month and has just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.
